This role requires a proactive leader who can drive talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management initiatives while fostering a positive workplace culture.Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee the HR department's daily operations, ensuring compliance with FMLA and other employment laws.</li><li>Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.</li><li>Develop and implement employee orientation programs to facilitate smooth transitions for new hires.</li><li>Manage performance evaluation processes and provide guidance on employee development initiatives.</li><li>Supervise HR staff, providing mentorship and support in their professional growth.</li><li>Administer benefits programs and ensure effective communication of offerings to employees.</li><li>Implement strategic planning initiatives related to human capital management and organization design.</li><li>Conduct conflict management sessions and provide solutions to employee relations issues.</li><li>Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.</li><li>Collaborate with senior leadership on succession planning and workforce development strategies.</li><li>Facilitate training and development programs that align with organizational goals.</li><li>Drive process improvement initiatives within the HR function to enhance efficiency.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on strategic planning and program management.</li><li>Strong knowledge of employment &amp; labor law and workers' compensation policies.</li><li>Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to manage contracts effectively.</li><li>Experience in HR sourcing, talent management, and employee evaluation processes.</li><li>Proficiency in using various HR software systems.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.</li><li>Strong analytical skills for data collection and analysis related to HR metrics.</li><li>Experience in budgeting within the HR context is preferred.</li><li>Ability to manage change effectively within an organization while promoting a positive work environment.
