Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of human resources management, employment and labor law, and strategic planning. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management initiatives while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the HR department's daily operations, ensuring compliance with FMLA and other employment laws.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement employee orientation programs to facilitate smooth transitions for new hires.
- Manage performance evaluation processes and provide guidance on employee development initiatives.
- Supervise HR staff, providing mentorship and support in their professional growth.
- Administer benefits programs and ensure effective communication of offerings to employees.
- Implement strategic planning initiatives related to human capital management and organization design.
- Conduct conflict management sessions and provide solutions to employee relations issues.
- Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on succession planning and workforce development strategies.
- Facilitate training and development programs that align with organizational goals.
- Drive process improvement initiatives within the HR function to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on strategic planning and program management.
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law and workers' compensation policies.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to manage contracts effectively.
- Experience in HR sourcing, talent management, and employee evaluation processes.
- Proficiency in using various HR software systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills for data collection and analysis related to HR metrics.
- Experience in budgeting within the HR context is preferred.
