Aviation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all aspects of aviation operations, including flight planning, scheduling, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.

- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of flight crew and support personnel.

- Implement and maintain rigorous safety management systems (SMS) and ensure adherence to all relevant aviation regulations and standards.

- Manage operational budgets, including fuel purchasing, maintenance, and crew expenses.

- Address and resolve any operational issues with prompt and effective solutions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.

- Significant experience in aviation operations management, preferably within the private sector.

- Extensive knowledge of aviation regulations, safety procedures, and best practices.

- Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams.

- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Must hold or be able to attain relevant certifications and licenses as required.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
