About the Role:
We’re seeking a Client Communication Specialist to represent TechSigma in client meetings, ensure smooth communication, and act as the bridge between our clients and technical teams. You’ll play a key role in understanding project requirements, clarifying details, and maintaining professional, client-facing relationships across our web development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Join and lead client meetings (via Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) on behalf of or alongside project leads.
- Clearly communicate project requirements, updates, and deliverables between clients and developers.
- Take structured notes during discussions and provide clear, concise meeting summaries.
- Ensure both client expectations and internal project goals stay aligned.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with international clients.
Requirements:
- Native or near-native English fluency (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
- Confident in handling client calls and project discussions.
- Familiarity with web development concepts and terminology.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional, reliable, and responsive.
Nice to Have:
- Background in software development or project management.
- Experience in client communication or account management within a tech or digital agency.
- Understanding of platforms like Shopify, WordPress, React, or custom web technologies.
