Business Developer

Location: Lahore
Timing: Night Shift (8pm-5am)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Developer with 2–3 years of proven experience, including hands-on work on Upwork or similar freelance platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled at generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining long-term client relationships within the IT and software industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT and software development.
• Manage and grow client relationships on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to prepare proposals and bids.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business trends.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Developer in the IT industry.
• Strong experience in Upwork bidding, client communication, and project acquisition.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of software services, web/app development, and digital solutions.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
