This role is ideal for a sales leader with proven staffing sales experience who can drive high-value revenue growth, build pipelines, manage bids, and mentor a team of sales representatives.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Manager, you will play a strategic role in shaping Kyros&rsquo;s growth trajectory in Texas. Your mission is to lead both client acquisition and sales team performance, ensuring that Kyros consistently meets and exceeds revenue goals.<ul><li>Revenue Growth Leadership: Take ownership of achieving aggressive revenue targets across the Dallas and Houston markets.</li><li>New Client Acquisition: Personally secure high-value clients across hospitality, events, airports, restaurants, and warehousing sectors.</li><li>Pipeline Development: Build and manage a territory sales pipeline with a focus on quality, high-revenue opportunities.</li><li>RFP &amp; Proposal Management: Lead the development of bids, proposals, and RFP responses that position Kyros competitively and close contracts.</li><li>Account Growth: Oversee client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction, renewals, and revenue expansion through upselling and cross-selling.</li><li>Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and support sales representatives, setting clear performance targets and providing regular feedback.</li><li>Market Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with market opportunities and Kyros&rsquo;s long-term growth objectives.</li><li>Collaboration: Partner with recruiting and operations to guarantee client delivery excellence and retention.</li><li>Forecasting &amp; Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, revenue projections, and pipeline analysis for company leadership.</li><li>Market Presence: Represent Kyros at conferences, trade shows, and networking events, elevating the company&rsquo;s visibility and reputation.</li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).</li><li>Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including 2+ years in staffing sales leadership or management.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead revenue growth initiatives, secure high-value accounts, and consistently exceed quotas.</li><li>Prior experience selling staffing services into one or more of the following industries is required:</li></ul>&sect; Hotels &amp; Resorts&sect; Event Canters, Arenas &amp; Convention Venues&sect; Airports &amp; Travel Hubs&sect; Restaurants &amp; Catering Companies&sect; Warehousing &amp; Distribution&sect; Cruise Lines &amp; Hospitality at Sea&sect; Casinos &amp; Entertainment Venues&sect; Hospitals &amp; Healthcare Facilities &sect; Theme Parks &amp; Attractions&sect; Convention &amp; Exhibition Halls&sect; Ports, Maritime &amp; Industrial Logistics<ul><li>Strong ability to mentor and motivate sales teams, set clear goals, and hold team members accountable.</li><li>Sales Skills: Expert in consultative selling, negotiation, pipeline management, and closing high-value deals.</li><li>Work Style: Comfortable in a remote/hybrid setting with the ability to travel locally across Dallas and Houston.</li><li>Must currently reside in Dallas or Houston.
