We are growing quickly in Texas and are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy across Dallas and Houston. This role is ideal for a sales leader with proven staffing sales experience who can drive high-value revenue growth, build pipelines, manage bids, and mentor a team of sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager, you will play a strategic role in shaping Kyros’s growth trajectory in Texas. Your mission is to lead both client acquisition and sales team performance, ensuring that Kyros consistently meets and exceeds revenue goals.
- Revenue Growth Leadership: Take ownership of achieving aggressive revenue targets across the Dallas and Houston markets.
- New Client Acquisition: Personally secure high-value clients across hospitality, events, airports, restaurants, and warehousing sectors.
- Pipeline Development: Build and manage a territory sales pipeline with a focus on quality, high-revenue opportunities.
- RFP & Proposal Management: Lead the development of bids, proposals, and RFP responses that position Kyros competitively and close contracts.
- Account Growth: Oversee client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction, renewals, and revenue expansion through upselling and cross-selling.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and support sales representatives, setting clear performance targets and providing regular feedback.
- Market Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with market opportunities and Kyros’s long-term growth objectives.
- Collaboration: Partner with recruiting and operations to guarantee client delivery excellence and retention.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, revenue projections, and pipeline analysis for company leadership.
- Market Presence: Represent Kyros at conferences, trade shows, and networking events, elevating the company’s visibility and reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including 2+ years in staffing sales leadership or management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead revenue growth initiatives, secure high-value accounts, and consistently exceed quotas.
- Prior experience selling staffing services into one or more of the following industries is required:

- Strong ability to mentor and motivate sales teams, set clear goals, and hold team members accountable.
- Sales Skills: Expert in consultative selling, negotiation, pipeline management, and closing high-value deals.
- Work Style: Comfortable in a remote/hybrid setting with the ability to travel locally across Dallas and Houston.
- Must currently reside in Dallas or Houston. No relocation provided.
