Future Saturdays on rotating schedule (2026). Must be responsive from pre-dispatch to end-of-day reports. Primary manager coverage for Saturday E-Recycling events.Flexible work schedule. Unlimited PTO with prior coverage planning required.ResponsibilitiesJob Dispatch &amp; Schedule Management<ul><li>Optimize daily route assignments for peak time and expense efficiency.</li><li>Ensure crews arrive on time and follow the process to call ahead to clients.</li><li>Adjust schedules throughout the day and communicate updated ETAs when needed.</li><li>Coach in-field decision-making for team leads.</li><li>Flag overlapping AOs, long drive times, or resource gaps before crews leave.</li><li>Attend job sites when assistance or supervision is required.</li></ul>Job Fulfillment Oversight<ul><li>Review daily job queue with Services Manager.</li><li>Audit before/after photos, metal recycling and weight tickets.</li><li>Verify special charge items and job notes are documented.</li><li>Report incomplete jobs and customer issues same-day to Integrator.</li><li>Resolve on-site customer issues and escalate only when necessary.</li><li>Address equipment, safety, or vehicle concerns in real time.</li><li>Act as liaison between sales, and service teams.</li></ul>Truck &amp; Equipment Oversight<ul><li>Audit pretrip inspections daily.</li><li>Coordinate fleet cleaning, fueling, and maintenance logistics.</li><li>Confirm trucks are clean, locked, and parked properly.</li><li>Ensure tools are stocked and tracked.</li><li>Track lost/damaged gear and escalate needs for replacement.</li><li>Audit vehicle tools bi-weekly.</li></ul>Warehouse &amp; Inventory Support<ul><li>Maintain a clean and organized warehouse process.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and arrange for pickup/drop-off as needed.</li><li>Coordinate visiting vendors and assure safety while inside facilities.</li></ul>Communication &amp; Professionalism<ul><li>Primary radio communication with the field teams.</li><li>Secondary monitoring of Info Inbox.</li><li>Maintain an upbeat tone with clients, crew, and internal teams.</li><li>Follow communication fundamentals and SOPs.</li></ul>Vendor Management<ul><li>Primary relationship management with all vendors including: vehicle maintenance, warehouse maintenance, disposal vendors, recycling vendors, cleaners, referral partners.</li><li>Own all vendor relationships: source new partners, ensure contracts are current, ensure vendors are compliant with contracts, and resolve service issues promptly.</li></ul>Administrative Tasks<ul><li>Assist with invoicing as needed.
