Position Purpose
The Operations Manager at Camo Crew is accountable for optimizing daily job schedules, ensuring high-level performance of crew members, management of physical assets, and driving efficiency across labor, fuel, and disposal expenses. This role safeguards our reputation, reinforces company values, and ensures smooth field operations.
Required Skills
- Field Experience: Completion of Crew Member training; proficient with company tools, safety, and vehicle operation.

- Communication: Clear verbal/written communication; professional tone.
- Coaching Ability: Corrects errors and omissions to maintain clean data in CRM.

- Team-Oriented: Builds rapport with staff and vendors.
- Tech Proficiency: Google Workspace, CRM (Jobber), Asana, banking software.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Basic mechanical troubleshooting and fleet maintenance.
- Time Management: Able to juggle projects with tight turnarounds.
- Growth Mindset: Eagerness to improve and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
Primarily M-F. Future Saturdays on rotating schedule (2026). Must be responsive from pre-dispatch to end-of-day reports. Primary manager coverage for Saturday E-Recycling events.
Flexible work schedule. Unlimited PTO with prior coverage planning required.
Responsibilities
Job Dispatch & Schedule Management
- Optimize daily route assignments for peak time and expense efficiency.
- Ensure crews arrive on time and follow the process to call ahead to clients.
- Adjust schedules throughout the day and communicate updated ETAs when needed.
- Coach in-field decision-making for team leads.
- Flag overlapping AOs, long drive times, or resource gaps before crews leave.
- Attend job sites when assistance or supervision is required.
Job Fulfillment Oversight
- Review daily job queue with Services Manager.
- Audit before/after photos, metal recycling and weight tickets.
- Verify special charge items and job notes are documented.
- Report incomplete jobs and customer issues same-day to Integrator.
- Resolve on-site customer issues and escalate only when necessary.
- Address equipment, safety, or vehicle concerns in real time.
- Act as liaison between sales, and service teams.
Truck & Equipment Oversight
- Audit pretrip inspections daily.
- Coordinate fleet cleaning, fueling, and maintenance logistics.
- Confirm trucks are clean, locked, and parked properly.
- Ensure tools are stocked and tracked.
- Track lost/damaged gear and escalate needs for replacement.
- Audit vehicle tools bi-weekly.
Warehouse & Inventory Support
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse process.
- Monitor inventory levels and arrange for pickup/drop-off as needed.
- Coordinate visiting vendors and assure safety while inside facilities.
Communication & Professionalism
- Primary radio communication with the field teams.
- Secondary monitoring of Info Inbox.
- Maintain an upbeat tone with clients, crew, and internal teams.
- Follow communication fundamentals and SOPs.
Vendor Management
- Primary relationship management with all vendors including: vehicle maintenance, warehouse maintenance, disposal vendors, recycling vendors, cleaners, referral partners.
- Own all vendor relationships: source new partners, ensure contracts are current, ensure vendors are compliant with contracts, and resolve service issues promptly.
Administrative Tasks
- Assist with invoicing as needed. Perform commercial invoicing following payment terms and SOPs
- Verify photos, weight tickets, and job completion.
- Review and correct EODRs daily.
- Accurately complete Ops Tracker Daily
- Accurately record and process cash, checks, and credit card payments.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
