What You'll Do:

Lead line cook operations and mentor kitchen staff members 
</li><li>
Execute large batch cooking for 250+ campers and staff daily 
</li><li>
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards 
</li><li>
Collaborate with the head chef/Kitchen manager on food preparation and meal service 
</li><li>
Foster a positive, supportive kitchen culture</li></ul> 
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience with large-scale batch cooking and meal preparation 
</li><li>
Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations 
</li><li>
Leadership skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team 
</li><li>
Flexibility and enthusiasm for camp life

Your Role: As a Porter, you'll be the friendly face of our front-of-house operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Dishwashing 
</li><li>
Cleaning tables, sweeping and mopping floors 
</li><li>
Communicating with kitchen team about FOH needs.
</li><li>Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations</li></ul> 
What We're Looking For: You're friendly, hard-working, and industrious. You genuinely enjoy helping people and have a positive attitude even during busy shifts. You're adaptable, willing to learn, and ready to roll up your sleeves. Experience in hospitality is a plus, but enthusiasm and a strong work ethic matter most!
