Job Summary WE ARE A VERY SMALL COMPANY LOOKING FOR SOME OFFICE HELPMUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTIANMUST BE DEPENDABLEDuties<ul><li>Greet visitors and clients professionally at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere</li><li>Operate multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, direct calls accurately, and manage voicemail messages with courteous phone etiquette</li><li>Handle data entry tasks using computer skills, including updating records, managing files, and maintaining organized filing systems</li><li>Support office management</li><li>Perform clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, filing,</li><li>Provide general administrative support to team members, including personal assistant tasks</li><li>l</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications</li><li>Excellent computer literacy and familiarity with data entry and filing systems</li><li>Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and clear communication abilities</li><li>Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Prior experience as a receptionist or medical/dental receptionist is advantageous but not required; training will be provided</li></ul>Pay: $17.00 per hourWork Location: In person
