A successful family-owned building company that specialises in insurance repairs is looking for a Contracts Manager to join its established team due to new long-term contracts. You will be responsible for the supervision of multiple insurance claims, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to policyholders' satisfaction. As Contracts Manager, your responsibilities will include:<ul> <li>Overseeing the management of multiple insurance claims from start to completion</li><li>Managing in-house tradesmen and subcontractors</li><li>Programming, sequencing, and sourcing materials to effect successful repairs</li><li>Controlling labour, subcontractors, and material costs</li><li>Conducting site visits for meetings with policyholders and tradesmen</li><li>Office based planning and communications.</li></ul> We are looking for a Contracts Manager who has the following skills and experience:<ul> <li>Demonstrable proven track record in a similar role with a strong background in building trades.</li><li>Experience of insurance re-instatement would be a great advantage, however not essential and they provide an onboarding process and suitable training.</li><li>Excellent communication skills within the team environment</li><li>Experience in a similar customer facing role within the building trade is advantageous</li><li>Experience running a team of trades people would be an advantage.</li><li>H&S knowledge</li></ul> The role would be a perfect opportunity for a tradesperson to move from on the tools to in the office environment. Contracts Manager

We are looking for experienced Complaint Handlers and Complaint Administrators with previous experience within Financial Services firms to join an exciting project in Bracknell. As a Complaint Handler, you will be: <ul> <li>Investigating complaints related to motor finance agreements and commission arrangements.</li><li>Logging and updating systems relating to customer complaints.</li><li>Write full final response letters.</li></ul> We're looking for a Complaint Handler with:<ul> <li>Financial services industry experience, including previous complaints or remediation activities.</li><li>Experience in writing final response letters and updating client systems.</li><li>A commitment to a longer-term project, with likely extensions for successful candidates into 2026.</li><li>Ability to commute to Bracknell for onsite working. </li></ul> This will be an initial 3-month contract, with a start date expected immediately, but comes with the likely option to extend further for successful candidates. You will be working Monday-Friday, (37.5 hours per week) on a hybrid working basis. This involves being onsite for the first 4 weeks for initial training, followed by 3 days a week onsite thereafter.
