No accommodation and transportation provided.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.</li><li>Develop and maintain a filing system .</li><li>Liaise with executive and senior administration to handle requests and queries.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide general admin support.</li></ul><ul><li>Track and documentation of sales bookings and payments</li><li>Preparation of Invoices and debit notes.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all sales and accounting related activities to achieve operational and strategic goals.</li><li>Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journal.</li><li>Managing petty cash transactions.</li><li>Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.</li><li>Reconciling Bank accounts and direct debits.</li></ul>Job Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant.</li><li>Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.</li><li>Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in MS Office.</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.</li><li>Attention to detail and problem solving skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.</li><li>Bachelors Degree.</li></ul>Notes: Only Visa will be provided.
