Administrative & Account Assistant With UAE Driving license

Job Responsibilities:

  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system .
  • Liaise with executive and senior administration to handle requests and queries.
  • Provide general admin support.
  • Track and documentation of sales bookings and payments
  • Preparation of Invoices and debit notes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and accounting related activities to achieve operational and strategic goals.
  • Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journal.
  • Managing petty cash transactions.
  • Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
  • Reconciling Bank accounts and direct debits.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Bachelors Degree.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
