Job Title: Admin Assistant ( Immediately Join)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement, basic accounting, administration, and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and correspondence
- Assist with procurement activities such as preparing LPOs, sourcing suppliers, and tracking orders
- Support basic accounting tasks (invoicing, petty cash, expense tracking, and data entry)
- Coordinate logistics, including shipment arrangements, delivery follow-ups, and documentation
- Maintain records of inventory, purchases, and vendor communications
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administration, procurement, accounting, or logistics
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procurement processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Admin for over 3+ years
