Administrative Assistant

Administrative Duties

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and project documentation.
  • Maintain accurate project files, contracts, drawings, and client records.
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and phone communications with clients and suppliers.
  • Update project tracking systems and administrative reports.
  • Organize meetings, schedules, and appointments for designers, installers, and management.

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate between sales, design, production, and installation teams.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Follow up on material orders, deliveries, and installation schedules.
  • Assist in resolving project-related issues and customer concerns.
  • Track project progress and provide status updates to management and clients.

Customer Service

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers during project execution.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding products, timelines, and installations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-up.
  • Handle complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Procurement & Inventory Support

  • Coordinate with suppliers for materials, accessories, and hardware orders.
  • Verify delivery schedules and purchase documentation.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory records when required.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
