Administrative Duties<ul><li>Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and project documentation.</li><li>Maintain accurate project files, contracts, drawings, and client records.</li><li>Manage correspondence, emails, and phone communications with clients and suppliers.</li><li>Update project tracking systems and administrative reports.</li><li>Organize meetings, schedules, and appointments for designers, installers, and management.</li></ul>Project Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate between sales, design, production, and installation teams.</li><li>Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.</li><li>Follow up on material orders, deliveries, and installation schedules.</li><li>Assist in resolving project-related issues and customer concerns.</li><li>Track project progress and provide status updates to management and clients.</li></ul>Customer Service<ul><li>Serve as the main point of contact for customers during project execution.</li><li>Respond to inquiries regarding products, timelines, and installations.</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-up.</li><li>Handle complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.</li></ul>Procurement &amp; Inventory Support<ul><li>Coordinate with suppliers for materials, accessories, and hardware orders.</li><li>Verify delivery schedules and purchase documentation.</li><li>Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory records when required.</li></ul>Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per hourWork Location: In person

Administrative Assistant

<ul><li>Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.</li><li>Design custom kitchen layouts, wardrobes, and closet systems.</li><li>Create 2D and 3D design renderings using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 2020 Design).</li><li>Prepare detailed drawings, measurements, and material specifications.</li><li>Recommend finishes, hardware, cabinetry, and storage solutions.</li><li>Provide cost estimates and project proposals.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, installers, and suppliers.</li><li>Conduct site visits for measurements and project follow-ups.</li><li>Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred).</li><li>Proven experience in kitchen and/or closet design.</li><li>Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 2020, etc.).</li><li>Strong knowledge of cabinetry materials and construction.</li><li>Excellent communication and sales skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and space planning ability.</li><li>At least 2 years experience as designer.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per monthWork Location: In person
