The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, experienced in food service management, and eager to inspire a team to deliver outstanding experiences every day.Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift transitions and adherence to company standards.</li><li>Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality, consistency, and compliance with food safety regulations.</li><li>Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and minimizing waste.</li><li>Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.</li><li>Train, develop, and motivate staff members to deliver excellent customer service while following health and safety guidelines.</li><li>Supervise staff scheduling, shift management, and delegation of tasks to optimize productivity.</li><li>Maintain high standards of food handling, cleanliness, and sanitation in accordance with industry regulations.</li><li>Conduct interviews for new team members and participate in hiring decisions to build a strong team.</li><li>Monitor restaurant performance metrics, including food quality, customer feedback, and financial targets such as budgeting.</li><li>Support catering events, banquet services, or bar operations as needed to ensure seamless service delivery.</li><li>Enforce food safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health department regulations.</li><li>Foster a welcoming environment that enhances guest satisfaction through attentive service and hospitality excellence.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants; casual dining or fine dining experience is a plus.</li><li>Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling experience required.</li><li>Demonstrated supervisory skills with experience in staff training &amp; development.</li><li>Knowledge of inventory control procedures and food safety standards.</li><li>Experience managing restaurant operations including shift management, budgeting, and food production.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally.</li><li>Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high energy levels in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Hospitality management background with experience in catering or banquet services is advantageous.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to interview candidates and provide constructive feedback.
