Join Spartan Scientific (Canfield Industries) as a Quality Assurance Inspector, where you&rsquo;ll help ensure our solenoid valves and fluid control products meet quality and performance standards before reaching customers.This is a hands-on role working directly with parts, assemblies, and test equipment&mdash;ideal for someone who enjoys detail-oriented work and being involved in the production process.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Inspect and test parts, assemblies, and finished products</li><li>Identify defects and record inspection results</li><li>Perform in-process and final inspections</li><li>Use gauges, meters, and testing equipment (pressure, electrical, etc.)</li><li>Follow drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials</li><li>Communicate quality issues with supervisors and maintenance</li><li>Support other departments when needed</li></ul>No prior QA experience required&mdash;we&rsquo;re willing to train the right candidate with strong attention to detail.What You Need<ul><li>High school diploma or GED</li><li>Ability to read basic drawings and work instructions</li><li>Basic math skills (add, subtract, decimals, percentages)</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to follow procedures and work independently</li></ul>Preferred (Not Required)<ul><li>Manufacturing or quality inspection experience</li><li>Experience using measurement tools or test equipment</li><li>Soldering or electrical testing experience</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Manufacturing setting</li><li>Mix of sitting and standing</li><li>Lifting up to 25 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 50 lbs)</li><li>Exposure to testing equipment, light fumes, and moderate noise</li></ul>Why Work Here<ul><li>Stable, established manufacturing company</li><li>Hands-on role with real products</li><li>Opportunity to learn inspection and testing skills</li><li>Cross-training and growth opportunities</li></ul>Pay: $14.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
