<div>We are looking for an experienced and motivated LPN to join our Assisted Living Residence in Williamsville, NY.

LPN position details:
We are hiring for a Part Time (2 days/week) 3pm - 11pm position. This position requires availability to work Saturday and Sunday, every other weekend.
LPN job duties include:<ul><li>
Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct care services.</li><li>
Maintain care records, resident files, and progress notes as required.</li><li>
Review resident care needs and physician&rsquo;s orders.</li><li>
Perform nursing duties such as completing DSS forms, functional assessment service plans, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc. as necessary.</li></ul>

LPN qualifications:
<ul><li>Must have credentials as an LPN with a current New York State license.</li><li>
