The Operations &amp; Finance Manager will serve as a key operational leader responsible for financial tracking, compliance coordination, payroll oversight, internal systems management, and administrative operations. This individual will work closely with the Executive Director and support the organization&rsquo;s transition into a larger institutional framework.Core Responsibilities:Financial &amp; Administrative Oversight<ul><li>Track invoices, receivables, grant payments, and contracts</li><li>Coordinate payroll, bookkeeping, and financial reporting</li><li>Work directly with accountant and payroll providers</li><li>Maintain organized operational and funding documentation</li><li>Assist with budgeting and cash flow tracking</li></ul>Operations Management<ul><li>Build and maintain organizational systems and workflows</li><li>Track deadlines for grants, contracts, reports, and compliance</li><li>Coordinate vendors and operational logistics</li><li>Maintain internal accountability systems</li></ul>HR &amp; Staff Coordination<ul><li>Support onboarding and employee documentation</li><li>Coordinate payroll and benefits administration</li><li>Maintain personnel files and operational records</li></ul>Funding &amp; Compliance Support<ul><li>Maintain funding pipeline tracking systems</li><li>Support grant administration and reporting processes</li><li>Ensure documentation readiness for audits and funders</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Strong organizational and operational management skills</li><li>Experience with QuickBooks required,</li><li>Experience with payroll systems, and non-profit administration</li><li>Strong attention to detail and follow-through</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Nonprofit experience required</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving abilities</li></ul>Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourWork Location: Hybrid remote in Staten Island, NY 10301
