Together, we'll build a brighter future at Canyon View Properties!Realpage Software used at property.JOB SUMMARY<ul><li>Utilize sales guidelines to sell apartments, follow up on prospects, accurately complete required documentation, and move in new residents.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service, monitor renewals, and strive for resident retention.</li><li>Participate in determining and execute marketing and advertising strategies.</li><li>Ensure quality and quantity of make ready apartments and prompt completion of service requests.</li><li>Enforce resident compliance with community policies and procedures.</li><li>Comply with all aspects of the federal Fair Housing Act, state Fair Housing laws, and local occupancy standards.</li><li>Perform various administrative responsibilities.</li><li>Adhere to Fair Housing and Occupancy Standards.
