JOB SUMMARY

• Utilize sales guidelines to sell apartments, follow up on prospects, accurately complete required documentation, and move in new residents.
• Provide exceptional customer service, monitor renewals, and strive for resident retention.
• Participate in determining and execute marketing and advertising strategies.
• Ensure quality and quantity of make ready apartments and prompt completion of service requests.
• Enforce resident compliance with community policies and procedures.
• Comply with all aspects of the federal Fair Housing Act, state Fair Housing laws, and local occupancy standards.
• Perform various administrative responsibilities.
• Adhere to Fair Housing and Occupancy Standards. Adhere to all aspects of Canyon View Property Training Guide.
• Canyon View Properties promotes teamwork and our goal is to hire and retain employees that want to be part of our growing team. Every team member is assigned a primary property but are expected and must be willing to be part of the Regional TEAM and help at all properties in their region when asked to do so.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
