Position Overview 
CAP Index is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to support our sales, operations, and finance functions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a smooth customer experience&mdash;from order processing through fulfillment&mdash;while supporting internal coordination across teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who is comfortable managing multiple priorities, learning new systems, and working closely with both clients and internal stakeholders. 
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Process and fulfill online product orders</li>
<li>General communication with clients regarding orders, invoices, and basic account inquiries</li>
<li>Assist with accounts receivable follow-ups and invoice tracking</li>
<li>Coordinate internally to schedule work efforts tied to product delivery and client requests</li>
<li>Enter and maintain accurate data in CRM and internal systems</li>
<li>Support setup and maintenance of vendor and client portals</li>
<li>Answer incoming phone calls and route inquiries to appropriate team members</li>
<li>Provide administrative backup support to accounting and operations teams</li>
<li>Assist sales team members with administrative and operational needs, especially during travel or customer visits</li>
<li>Maintain organized records, documentation, and internal tracking tools</li></ul> 


Qualifications &amp; Skills
<ul>
<li>College degree</li>
<li>Relevant administrative, sales support, operations, or customer service experience strongly preferred</li>
<li>Experience working with a CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)</li>
<li>Familiarity with basic accounting processes or accounting software is a plus</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently</li>
<li>Comfortable learning and working with new technologies and platforms</li>
<li>Professional demeanor with strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Reliable, responsive, and collaborative team player</li></ul></div>
