If your looking for a company that will invest in you, this is it.Job Overview The Pre-Construction Administrative Assistant is a critical role at Capstar; responsible for managing the administrative responsibilities related to the Pre-Construction Estimating Department. This job requires a well-organized individual with a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and ability to be a Team Player. This job is an in-person job and is not remote.Responsibilities, Duties, Qualifications &amp; Skills <ul><li>Professional Email and Telephone correspondence.</li><li>Professional and welcoming interactions with internal Teammates (coworkers), external Teammates (suppliers/subcontractors), and Clients.</li><li>Thrives in a Team Environment, being willing and able to assist the Precon Team with any tasks that may be needed to improve the team&rsquo;s effectiveness and efficiency.
