Job Description 
We are currently seeking Shop Assistant to join our team at Abu Dhabi International Airport. The ideal candidate is motivated and customer-oriented individual.
The candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to travelers and assisting with the day-to-day operations of our retail shop.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.</li><li>
Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases, ensuring a positive shopping experience.</li><li>
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including product displays and merchandising.</li><li>
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit card payments, and refunds.</li><li>
Monitor stock levels and replenish merchandise on the shop floor as needed to ensure availability and visibility of products.</li><li>
Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries, checking the quality and quantity of goods received, and updating inventory records.</li><li>
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the retail shop.</li><li>
Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.</li><li>
Stay informed about product features, promotions, and special offers to effectively communicate information to customers.</li><li>
Assist with occasional tasks such as store opening and closing procedures, as well as periodic stock takes and inventory counts.</li></ul> 
Qualifications<ul><li> 
Previous experience in retail or customer service roles is required.</li><li>
Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.</li><li>
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.</li><li>
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, based on the needs of the business.</li><li>
Knowledge of retail operations and familiarity with POS systems is a plus.</li><li>
Fluency in English is required, additionally fluency in Russian language is an advantage.</li><li>
Must be eligible to work at Abu Dhabi International Airport and possess any required security clearances.</li></ul>
