Job Title: Client Support AdministratorLocation: BristolSalary: £28,000 - £34,000 (DOE)This is an opportunity to join a well-established and forward-thinking Independent Financial Services firm in Bristol. You'll be part of a supportive and collaborative team, providing vital administrative and reporting support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners.This role is ideal for someone confident, organised, and detail-oriented, with a solid background in financial services administration. You'll be working closely with advisers, clients, and providers, ensuring a smooth and professional service at every stage.The Role:<ul><li>Assist with all aspects of client administration and financial reporting</li><li>Prepare documentation and reports for annual reviews and client meetings</li><li>Liaise with clients and providers regarding new and existing business across pensions, investments, and protection</li><li>Process new business applications and monitor progress through to completion</li><li>Update and maintain client records within Intelliflo (IO)</li><li>Manage personal workflow and diary effectively</li><li>Assist in preparing simple suitability reports and processing adviser fees</li><li>Support wider team tasks and ensure compliance standards are maintained</li></ul>The Required Skills & Experience:<ul><li>Minimum of 3 years' experience within a Financial Services Administration role</li><li>Broad product knowledge across pensions, investments, and protection</li><li>Excellent organisational and time management skills</li><li>High attention to detail and strong numeracy skills</li><li>Confident communicator and team player</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Knowledge of Intelliflo advantageous</li><li>Familiarity with various platforms </li></ul>What's on Offer:<ul><li>Salary £28,000 - £34,000 depending on experience</li><li>Hybrid working</li><li>Supportive, collaborative team environment with strong leadership</li><li>Financial assistance towards professional qualifications (CII or equivalent)</li><li>Opportunity to develop within a respected and growing independent firm</li></ul>To discuss this opportunity further, please contact one of our Financial Planning specialists at Capio Recruitment."INDSBWEA"
