The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and takes pride in making things work better and feel better for everyone around them.Reports To: Chief Financial OfficerDepartment: Operations / AdministrationKey ResponsibilitiesOffice Operations &amp; Administration<ul><li>Oversee and coordinate daily office operations to maintain an efficient, organized, and positive work environment.</li><li>Manage office supplies, kitchen and paper products, and ensure timely ordering and restocking to avoid shortages.</li><li>Coordinate equipment maintenance, vendor relationships, and service providers such as the cleaning crew, copier service, and IT support.</li><li>Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation.</li><li>Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.</li><li>Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments while maintaining accurate accounts payable records.</li><li>Prepare and assemble builder closing documents for title companies.</li></ul>Hospitality &amp; Culture<ul><li>Serve as the central point of contact for employees, clients, and partners while providing a warm, professional, and friendly first impression.</li><li>Create a welcoming atmosphere each morning by preparing coffee and refreshments and maintaining tidy, inviting common areas.</li><li>Keep the breakroom and conference rooms guest-ready at all times, ensuring cleanliness, supplies, and comfort.</li><li>Coordinate team lunches, meetings, and company events that foster connection and celebrate company culture.</li><li>Support onboarding of new employees to ensure they feel equipped and welcomed from day one.</li></ul>General Support &amp; Special Projects<ul><li>Assist leadership with scheduling, meeting coordination, and administrative support.</li><li>Monitor overall office cleanliness, safety, and functionality, and report or resolve issues promptly.</li><li>Support ad hoc administrative and operational projects as assigned by the CFO or leadership team.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in office management, administrative coordination, or hospitality-focused roles.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional presence and warm demeanor.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general comfort with digital tools such as Teams, Outlook, and Excel.</li><li>Experience managing vendors, invoices, or light bookkeeping preferred.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a calm, positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>A positive, team-oriented work culture that values integrity, initiative, and respect.</li><li>Opportunities to contribute to process improvement and company culture initiatives.</li><li>Competitive compensation and benefits.</li><li>A beautiful, newly designed workspace that reflects our commitment to quality and hospitality.</li></ul>Pay: From $45,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
