CapitalROCK celebrates hard-working, eager-to-learn and solution focused teammates.We're looking for an experienced and highly motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in optimizing, automating, and maintaining deployment and infrastructure processes, with a specific focus on the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. You'll be instrumental in bridging the gap between development and operations to ensure high reliability, fast deployment, and scalable systems.RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Design and implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans, Artifacts).</li><li>Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and services within Microsoft Azure (e.g., App Service, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions, Networking).</li><li>Develop, deploy, and manage applications using containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes (or other container systems).</li><li>Create and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and repetitive tasks.</li><li>Collaborate with development teams to ensure applications are designed for reliability, scalability, and performance in a cloud environment.</li><li>Implement and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure operational visibility.</li><li>Ensure security best practices are integrated into all aspects of the CI/CD and infrastructure.</li></ul>PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE<ul><li>3+ years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or similar role.</li><li>Proven expertise in designing and managing Azure DevOps (formerly VSTS/TFS) build and release pipelines.</li><li>Strong practical experience with Azure Cloud Services</li><li>In-depth knowledge of containerization concepts and hands-on experience with Docker or Kubernetes.</li><li>Excellent scripting skills, particularly with PowerShell.</li><li>Solid understanding of networking, security, and cloud infrastructure principles.</li><li>Experience with version control systems, especially Git.</li></ul>EXPERIENCE<ul><li>3+ years development experience in DevOps</li></ul>BENEFITS<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $95,500.00 - $115,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
