DevOps Engineer

We're looking for an experienced and highly motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in optimizing, automating, and maintaining deployment and infrastructure processes, with a specific focus on the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. You'll be instrumental in bridging the gap between development and operations to ensure high reliability, fast deployment, and scalable systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans, Artifacts).
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and services within Microsoft Azure (e.g., App Service, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions, Networking).
• Develop, deploy, and manage applications using containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes (or other container systems).
• Create and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and repetitive tasks.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure applications are designed for reliability, scalability, and performance in a cloud environment.
• Implement and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure operational visibility.
• Ensure security best practices are integrated into all aspects of the CI/CD and infrastructure.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or similar role.
• Proven expertise in designing and managing Azure DevOps (formerly VSTS/TFS) build and release pipelines.
• Strong practical experience with Azure Cloud Services
• In-depth knowledge of containerization concepts and hands-on experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
• Excellent scripting skills, particularly with PowerShell.
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and cloud infrastructure principles.
• Experience with version control systems, especially Git.

Pay: $95,500.00 - $115,000.00 per year
