JOB TITLE: Senior Naval Architect (Checker Role)LOCATION: CochinJOB TYPE: Full TimeJoin our growing team in the marine industry and be part of exciting projects that shape the future of naval design!JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:&middot; Review drawings prepared by the design team to ensure compliance with client requirements and classification society regulations.&middot; Review design calculations and reports for alignment with project documentation, client requirements, and class rules.&middot; Mentor and guide a team of Junior Naval Architects.&middot; Provide technical inputs and support to Naval Architects/Designers during the basic design stage, including site visits if required.QUALIFICATIONS:&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Naval Architecture.&middot; 7&ndash;10 years of experience in ship design and offshore engineering.&middot; Strong understanding of design codes and classification society rules.TECHNICAL SKILLS:&middot; Naval Architecture Tools: GHS/Autohydro, MaxsurfStructural Analysis Tools: ANSYS, FEMAP, STAAD.Pro, SACSJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
