JOB TITLE: Senior Naval Architect (Checker Role)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Review drawings prepared by the design team to ensure compliance with client requirements and classification society regulations.

· Review design calculations and reports for alignment with project documentation, client requirements, and class rules.

· Mentor and guide a team of Junior Naval Architects.

· Provide technical inputs and support to Naval Architects/Designers during the basic design stage, including site visits if required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Naval Architecture.

· 7–10 years of experience in ship design and offshore engineering.

· Strong understanding of design codes and classification society rules.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

· Naval Architecture Tools: GHS/Autohydro, Maxsurf

Structural Analysis Tools: ANSYS, FEMAP, STAAD.Pro, SACS
