 As Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a team for strategic sales efforts of advanced medical technologies used throughout the hospital environment. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and managing complex, consultative sales cycles with key stakeholders.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead a team of Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists with in this multi state territory
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to exceed revenue targets
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and close new business opportunities within hospitals and IDNs
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage full capital sales cycles (clinical, financial, and executive stakeholders)
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain relationships with physicians, administrators, and procurement teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner cross-functionally with clinical, marketing, and service teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the company at industry events and conferences
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years of successful medical device sales management experience (capital equipment strongly preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of exceeding quota in complex sales environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience selling into hospitals and health systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong business acumen and ability to navigate multi-level decision processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to travel within the region
 </li>
