Regional Sales Manager - Medical Device

As Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a team for strategic sales efforts of advanced medical technologies used throughout the hospital environment. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and managing complex, consultative sales cycles with key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists with in this multi state territory
  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to exceed revenue targets
  • Identify and close new business opportunities within hospitals and IDNs
  • Manage full capital sales cycles (clinical, financial, and executive stakeholders)
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, administrators, and procurement teams
  • Partner cross-functionally with clinical, marketing, and service teams
  • Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of successful medical device sales management experience (capital equipment strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in complex sales environments
  • Experience selling into hospitals and health systems
  • Strong business acumen and ability to navigate multi-level decision processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel within the region
