as Job SummaryA growing IT services firm seeks a bright, motivated individual to provide Level 1/2 support to business clients in the IE area.To be successful in this position:<ul><li>Must be detail-oriented and well organized</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Consistently provide great customer service</li><li>Solve simple and complex technical issues</li><li>Must be able to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul>Technologies you should have experience implementing and supporting:<ul><li>Solid understanding of LAN, WAN, VLANs, and VPNs</li><li>Desktop Support</li><li>Entry Level Server Administration and Management</li><li>General Network Administration</li><li>Cloud Services Deployments</li><li>Windows Server 2008-2025 (IIS, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP,)</li><li>VMware and Hyper-V skills and experience desired</li><li>Firewalls Experience (Sonicwalls and some Cisco ASA) highly desired</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide technical support to end-users, assisting with software troubleshooting and computer management tasks.</li><li>Manage and maintain computer systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.</li><li>Assist with network configurations, including TCP/IP and VPN setups.</li><li>Support desktop environments, including Windows and Mac OS, while utilizing tools like SCCM and Active Directory.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to resolve IT issues efficiently and enhance user experience.</li></ul>Desired Qualifications:<ul><li>At least 1-3 years of experience working for other MSPs is preferred</li><li>Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory</li><li>CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Cloud+, Microsoft Server (MCSE/MCITP), Cisco, Citrix, Virtualization Certifications</li><li>Strong Experience in Microsoft Windows Platform (desktop and servers)</li><li>Multi-tasking and excellent prioritization skills</li><li>DattoRMM, IT Glue, and ConnectWise PSA, experience highly desired</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $25.00 per hourWork Location: In person
