Job SummaryThe F&amp;B Accountant is responsible for controlling, analyzing, and reporting all financial activities related to Food &amp; Beverage operations. The role ensures accurate cost control, inventory management, revenue reconciliation, and compliance with company policies, supporting profitability and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesCost Control &amp; Analysis<ul><li>Monitor and analyze food and beverage costs, variances, and margins.</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports for management.</li><li>Review recipes, standard yields, and portion controls to ensure cost accuracy.</li><li>Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend corrective actions.</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Stock Control<ul><li>Supervise inventory counts for food, beverage, and operating supplies.</li><li>Reconcile physical inventory with system records and investigate variances.</li><li>Monitor receiving, storage, issuing, and wastage procedures.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation for transfers, spoilage, and breakage.</li></ul>Revenue &amp; Sales Reconciliation<ul><li>Reconcile F&amp;B sales with POS reports and accounting records.</li><li>Review discounts, voids, complimentary items, and ensure proper authorization.</li><li>Verify daily revenue postings and support month-end closing.</li></ul>Accounting &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Prepare journal entries related to F&amp;B operations.</li><li>Support monthly financial closing and prepare management reports.</li><li>Assist in budgeting and forecasting for F&amp;B departments.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Controls<ul><li>Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and internal control systems.</li><li>Support internal and external audits related to F&amp;B operations.</li><li>Maintain accurate and organized financial records.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of accounting experience, preferably in F&amp;B, hospitality, or restaurants.</li><li>Strong knowledge of cost control and inventory management.</li><li>Experience with POS systems and accounting software.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills.</li><li>High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills with operations teams.</li></ul>Reporting Line<ul><li>Reports to: Finance Manager / Financial Controller</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>Food cost % and Beverage cost % accuracy</li><li>Inventory variance levels</li><li>Timeliness and accuracy of financial reports</li><li>Compliance with internal controls</li></ul>نوع الوظيفة: دوام كاملالراتب المدفوع: ﷼٢٬٥٠٠٫٠٠&nbsp;لكل شهر
