You&rsquo;ll lead a squad of assistants, architect posting systems, and turn data into momentum&mdash;driving traffic from Instagram to high-intent landing pages and paid membership funnels. If you&rsquo;re an operator who loves building machines that scale, you&rsquo;ll thrive here.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Own the Instagram engine end-to-end: plan, calendarize, and optimize content across 70+ accounts, ensuring cadence, creative quality, and brand voice are consistent and on-brief.</li><li>Lead and level-up a team: direct multiple social assistants/editors; build clear SOPs, checklists, and QA processes; set weekly targets and hold the team to them.</li><li>Editorial &amp; posting rigor: define post frequency by handle, balance Reels/Stories/Carousel strategy, and systematize editing standards (hooks, captions, on-screen text, CTAs, cover frames).</li><li>Funnel &amp; conversion optimization: instrument tracking from IG &rarr; landing page &rarr; sign-up; run A/B tests on hooks, thumbnails, captions, CTAs, and link placement; improve CVR and lower CAC.</li><li>Analytics as a superpower: build dashboards, monitor KPIs (reach, saves, shares, CTR, link-clicks, session quality, CVR), and translate insights into weekly action plans.</li><li>Stay ahead of the algorithm: proactively adapt to changes in ranking signals, Reels/Stories features, music licensing shifts, hashtag efficacy, and account-health best practices.</li><li>Budget ownership: manage and scale promo/ad spend across multiple brands and creators; allocate budget to high-ROI pairs of creative + audience; report ROAS and learnings.</li><li>Cross-functional execution: coordinate with editors, creators, talent managers, paid media, and ops (local and remote) to ship consistently and hit growth goals.</li><li>Brand safety &amp; compliance: enforce platform policies and community guidelines; protect account health with smart posting, appeals/documentation, and hygiene SOPs.</li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li>2+ years in social growth with a heavy Instagram focus; multi-handle or multi-brand experience required.</li><li>Demonstrated success scaling content systems, not just one-off posts&mdash;show us dashboards, SOPs, and before/after KPIs.</li><li>Creative instincts: you know what hooks, edits, and captions convert&mdash;and can brief editors to reproduce it at scale.</li><li>Paid &amp; promo literacy: hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, whitelisting/boosting, and creator collaborations; budget accountability.</li><li>Leadership: proven ability to manage and develop 3&ndash;10+ assistants/contractors with clarity, speed, and high standards.</li><li>Toolset (nice to have): Airtable/Sheets, Slack, Notion/Asana, Meta Business Suite, CapCut/Adobe, link tracking tools (Bitly/UTMs), Mixpanel/Amplitude.</li></ul>How We&rsquo;ll Measure Success (90 Days)<ul><li>Output: all accounts on a reliable publishing cadence with documented SOPs and QA.</li><li>Growth: +X% reach, +X% profile actions, +X% link-click rate (targets set collaboratively in week 1).</li><li>Efficiency: lower CPA/CAC from Instagram traffic via structured testing and creative iteration.</li><li>Team: assistants operating on checklists with visible daily/weekly metrics and on-time deliverables.</li></ul>Why Join Us<ul><li>High impact: your work directly drives revenue&mdash;clear line of sight from ideas to outcomes.</li><li>Resources to win: editors, assistants, and paid budget already in place&mdash;your playbooks scale fast.</li><li>Ownership: autonomy to build the social machine you&rsquo;ve always wanted to run.</li></ul>Application Instructions<ul><li>Portfolio: 2&ndash;3 Instagram accounts you&rsquo;ve grown (what you inherited vs. where you took it).</li><li>One-pager: your 30-day plan to scale a new IG handle from 0 &rarr; 100k weekly reach.</li><li>Dashboard sample: a redacted snapshot of KPIs you track weekly and how you act on them, if available.</li><li>Case study: a brief example of IG &rarr; landing page funnel optimization you led (baseline, tests, results).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have a portfolio of Instagram accounts you have grown?</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Carlsbad, CA 92010
