Creative Strategist / Content Director (Model & Influencer Brand)

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist / Content Director to help guide the creative direction and content planning for one of our model/influencer clients. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social trends, knows how to turn brand goals into scroll-stopping content, and thrives on bringing creative ideas to life.

You’ll work closely with our management team and the client to plan weekly content, develop shoot concepts, and ensure everything produced aligns with the client’s brand and audience.

What You’ll Do

• Develop weekly content plans and campaign ideas that align with brand goals
• Create shoot briefs and visual direction for upcoming photo and video sessions
• Research and adapt current trends across TikTok, Instagram, and similar platforms
• Collaborate with editors, managers, and the client to bring concepts to life
• Review performance and suggest creative adjustments each month

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in content strategy, creative direction, or social media management (especially with creators or influencers)
• Strong sense of aesthetics and brand tone
• Deep understanding of short-form social platforms and trends
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Self-directed and reliable in a remote environment

Contract Details

• Type: 1099 Contractor
• Hours: ~20 hrs per week (flexible)
• Rate: $30–$40/hr
• Location: Remote
