Overview You will be an energetic, detail-oriented Paid, On-Site Social Media Specialist responsible for elevating our brand presence through dynamic campaigns and strategic, real-time content creation. If you&rsquo;re passionate about digital storytelling, community building, and creating content that resonates, we want to meet you.Duties<ul><li>Develop and execute on-site social media campaigns aligned with brand goals across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Create engaging visual content using various design programs to enhance posts and advertisements.</li><li>Manage social scheduling and monitoring through social media management tools to ensure consistent posting and audience engagement.</li><li>Optimize content for search engines (SEO) using keyword research and best practices to improve visibility.</li><li>Implement and manage Social Media Advertising campaigns, tracking performance metrics with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.</li><li>Interact with followers to strengthen brand community, respond to inquiries, and support relationship management.</li><li>Oversee photography and video editing projects to produce high-quality multimedia content that supports brand messaging.</li><li>Monitor and analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools, adjusting strategies for continuous improvement.</li><li>Perform additional clerical duties as needed to support overall business operations. QuickBooks experience required.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related fields, ideally with an emphasis on on-site execution.</li><li>Proficiency in various graphic design programs.</li><li>Experience using social media management tools for scheduling and monitoring.</li><li>Experience managing Social Media Advertising campaigns and interpreting data through Google Analytics.</li><li>Skilled in content creation including photography, videography, video editing, proofreading, and branding development.</li><li>Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics platforms.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects at once.</li></ul>Join Us!
