About UsWe are a local automotive business seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Data Entry &amp; Office Assistant to support our daily office operations, QuickBooks entries, Excel tracking, and general administrative tasks.This is a good opportunity for someone who is dependable, comfortable working with numbers, and able to follow instructions with accuracy. We are not looking for a full-charge bookkeeper. We need someone who can help keep records, files, schedules, and basic office systems organized.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Enter and update information in QuickBooks and Excel</li><li>Assist with invoice entry, payment tracking, and basic account updates</li><li>Maintain organized digital and paper records</li><li>Help track expenses, receipts, and vendor information</li><li>Support scheduling, phone calls, emails, and general office tasks</li><li>Assist with office supplies, document filing, and basic follow-up</li><li>Help keep internal records accurate and up to date</li><li>Communicate professionally with staff, vendors, and customers</li><li>Complete assigned remote administrative tasks during evening hours</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior office, administrative, data entry, or accounting support experience preferred</li><li>Basic QuickBooks experience preferred</li><li>Comfortable using Microsoft Excel</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Good communication and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and follow instructions</li><li>Reliable, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality</li><li>Automotive office experience is a plus, but not required</li></ul>Preferred Schedule<ul><li>Morning in-office hours preferred, approximately 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM</li><li>Evening remote hours may be available or required depending on business needs</li><li>Final schedule will be discussed during the interview</li></ul>Pay and BenefitsPay: $21.00 to $24.50 per hour, based on experience and skill levelBenefits may include:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Additional benefits may be available depending on hours worked and eligibility</li></ul>To ApplyPlease email your resume with the subject line:&ldquo;Tonya Hire&rdquo;In your email, include a brief explanation of your office, QuickBooks, Excel, or data entry experience.Applications that follow these instructions will receive priority consideration.Pay: $21.00 - $24.50 per hourWork Location: In person
