Job DescriptionService Advisor required for high-volume automotive workshop in UAE. Primary role: customer consultation, vehicle assessment, repair estimates, approvals, upselling, complaint resolution, and achievement of CSI and revenue targets.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet customers, inspect vehicles, document concerns</li><li>Prepare and explain estimates, secure repair approvals</li><li>Coordinate job progress with workshop team</li><li>Provide status updates to customers</li><li>Upsell services, packages, accessories</li><li>Handle inquiries and complaints</li><li>Finalize billing and payments</li><li>Meet CSI, sales, and productivity targets</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Diploma/Degree in Automotive, Business, or equivalent</li><li>3&ndash;6 years Service Advisor experience in UAE/GCC workshops</li><li>Knowledge of vehicle systems and repairs</li><li>Arabic &amp; English fluency (verbal &amp; written)</li><li>Sales, negotiation, customer service skills</li><li>Proficient in workshop management software</li><li>Valid UAE driving license preferred</li></ul>Only candidates with current UAE residence visa and proven UAE/GCC Service Advisor experience considered.How to Apply Apply on Indeed with CV detailing:<ul><li>UAE/GCC Service Advisor experience years</li><li>Sales targets/commission achieved</li><li>CSI scores and customer handling record</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Automotive Service Advisor

<ul><li>Overview: Diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical systems in vehicles, including petrol and diesel types, adapted to UAE conditions.</li><li>Diagnose mechanical faults using diagnostic tools and diagrams.</li><li>Repair and replace components: engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and road tests for safety and performance.</li><li>Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in vehicles.</li><li>Provide repair estimates and document work.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent; automotive technical diploma preferred.</li><li>2-5 years experience, GCC preferred.</li><li>Valid UAE driver's license.</li><li>Proficiency in diagnostic equipment and repair tools.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude.</li><li>Physical capability for workshop tasks under UAE climate.</li><li>Work Environment: Full-time in Ajman garage</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
