We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cooler Manager to oversee cooler inventory operations and ensure product availability, inventory accuracy, and making sure quality standards are consistently maintained.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels within the cooler.</li><li>Receive, Inspect, Display and properly organize incoming products.</li><li>Perform routine inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.</li><li>Monitor product rotation and ensure compliance with FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized cooler environment.</li><li>Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to maintain appropriate stock levels.</li></ul>&middot; Track, document, and report inventory shortages, damages, and product spoilage.<ul><li>Support loading, unloading, and stocking activities as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or cooler management preferred.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work in a refrigerated environment for extended periods.</li><li>Basic computer proficiency and experience using inventory management systems.</li><li>Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.</li><li>Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.</li><li>Floral Knowledge a plus.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive compensation based on experience.</li><li>Opportunities for career advancement and professional development</li><li>.</li></ul>If you are committed to accuracy, organization, and operational excellence, we encourage you to apply and join our team.Job Type: Part-timePay: $12.00 - $75.00 per hourWork Location: In person
