FLORAL FRESH PRODUCT / COOLER MANAGER

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cooler Manager to oversee cooler inventory operations and ensure product availability, inventory accuracy, and making sure quality standards are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels within the cooler.
• Receive, Inspect, Display and properly organize incoming products.
• Perform routine inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor product rotation and ensure compliance with FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized cooler environment.
• Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to maintain appropriate stock levels.

· Track, document, and report inventory shortages, damages, and product spoilage.

• Support loading, unloading, and stocking activities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or cooler management preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment for extended periods.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience using inventory management systems.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Floral Knowledge a plus.
