We design, print, and fulfill products through our own operation, with sales through ecommerce, wholesale, and direct customer channels.We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to help keep our financial records accurate, organized, and up to date.Role OverviewThe Part-Time Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, organizing bills and vendor payments, reconciling accounts, and helping provide clean financial reports. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, trustworthy, and comfortable working with a growing small business.Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain accurate bookkeeping records in QuickBooks</li><li>Categorize income and expenses</li><li>Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, Shopify deposits, and payment processors</li><li>Enter and organize bills, invoices, and vendor payments</li><li>Track accounts payable and upcoming payment due dates</li><li>Assist with payroll coordination and payroll-related records</li><li>Complete sales tax reporting and filings</li><li>Help organize receipts, statements, and financial documents</li><li>Prepare monthly financial reports, including P&amp;L and balance sheet</li><li>Work CPA as needed</li><li>Help improve bookkeeping processes and financial organization</li><li>Flag unusual expenses, missing records, or cash flow issues</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bookkeeping experience required</li><li>QuickBooks experience required</li><li>Sales tax filing experience required</li><li>Experience with small businesses preferred</li><li>Shopify/ecommerce experience is a plus</li><li>Payroll experience is a plus</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Highly organized and dependable</li><li>Comfortable working independently</li><li>Good communication skills</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality</li></ul>Pay: $24.58 - $29.60 per hourWork Location: Hybrid remote in Brunswick, GA 31520
