Cardin McCoy is a growing children’s apparel brand focused on graphic tees and apparel for kids. We design, print, and fulfill products through our own operation, with sales through ecommerce, wholesale, and direct customer channels.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to help keep our financial records accurate, organized, and up to date.

Role Overview

The Part-Time Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, organizing bills and vendor payments, reconciling accounts, and helping provide clean financial reports. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, trustworthy, and comfortable working with a growing small business.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records in QuickBooks
  • Categorize income and expenses
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, Shopify deposits, and payment processors
  • Enter and organize bills, invoices, and vendor payments
  • Track accounts payable and upcoming payment due dates
  • Assist with payroll coordination and payroll-related records
  • Complete sales tax reporting and filings
  • Help organize receipts, statements, and financial documents
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, including P&L and balance sheet
  • Work CPA as needed
  • Help improve bookkeeping processes and financial organization
  • Flag unusual expenses, missing records, or cash flow issues

Qualifications

  • Bookkeeping experience required
  • QuickBooks experience required
  • Sales tax filing experience required
  • Experience with small businesses preferred
  • Shopify/ecommerce experience is a plus
  • Payroll experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized and dependable
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Pay: $24.58 - $29.60 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Brunswick, GA 31520
