Accountable Bookkeeping LLC is an established bookkeeping firm located in New Holland, PA. We do prepare income taxes. We are a bookkeeping and payroll firm and are known for keeping accurate numbers in front of our clients all year round to help them make better business decisions.

Our employees are a group of bookkeepers and accountants who work hard, have fun and balance work and family.

We seek to hire an Accountant who will represent our firm with professionalism and accounting expertise as well as lead our QB online team. This role will be responsible for timely production of client work, implement technology/apps to better serve client needs, maintain adequate systems and policies as well as oversee and manage the team and future growth efficiently.

NOTE: This is NOT a remote position.

Responsibilities: (but not limited to)

· Humble team leader to Develop, lead and manage the QBO team, implement procedures, maintain policies and introduce/train on new apps.

· Show initiative to grow department strategically and efficiently

· Meet with clients face to face to set up, train, support or answer questions

· Oversee client files to keep them according to accounting standards

· Create charts, graphs, KPIs, financial statements for clients

· Provide an excellent customer service and implement procedure for bookkeepers to do the same

· Assist with hands on bookkeeping accounts when needed

· Continue learning and training others

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting

· Experience with P & L and accounting issues to oversee client files

· Strong understanding of bookkeeping functions in order to troubleshoot/train

· QB Online experience (3+ years hands on experience)

· Technology saavy to learn/implement new software

· QBO certified or willingness to obtain

· Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team

· Able to Commute to our office location in New Holland PA – this is NOT a remote position
