Urgently Required Assistant Manager Logistics (China)

Salary: Market competitive

Location: Karachi

Education: BBA / MBA

Experience: 4 to 5 Years

*Logistics & Shipment Responsibilities*

. Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping companies.

. Manage shipment from origin to destination (China to Pakistan).

. Ensure proper documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.).

. Track shipments and update management regularly.

. Handle import shipment scheduling and delivery planning.

*Customs & Clearance Responsibilities*

. Coordinate with clearing agents for customs clearance.

. Ensure all import documentation is complete and accurate.

. Monitor duties, taxes, and clearance process.

. Ensure timely clearance and avoid demurrage or penalties.

*Reporting & Coordination*

. Prepare shipment and procurement reports.

. Maintain import and logistics records.

. Coordinate with accounts for payments and LC/TT documentation.

. Work closely with warehouse and sales department.

. Provide regular updates to management
