In this vital role, you will provide exceptional patient care, support clinical operations, and assist front desk as needed. Your expertise will help ensure smooth patient flow, accurate documentation, and high-quality service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills while making a meaningful difference in patients&rsquo; lives.Responsibilities<ul><li>Support compliance with clinic policies, OSHA standards, and HIPAA regulations.</li><li>Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and quality-improvement initiatives.</li><li>Greet and room patients with professionalism and warmth.</li><li>Provide pre- and post-procedure instructions; reinforce treatment education and provide emailed or hard copy handouts.</li><li>Answer patient questions and communicate concerns to the provider as needed.</li><li>Support patient follow-up calls and care coordination.</li><li>Take and record accurate patient vitals, medical history, allergies, and medications.</li><li>Assist providers during exams, treatments, and minor procedures.</li><li>Perform phlebotomy, injections, and specimen collection (if applicable to certification).</li><li>Prepare and handle medical instruments, supplies, and equipment.</li><li>Follow proper sterilization and infection-control protocols.</li><li>Manage patient flow to reduce wait times and maintain schedule efficiency.</li><li>Update and document in the EMR system (PatientNow Pro) in accordance with clinic standards.</li><li>Cover reception- answer phone calls/texts/emails, scan documents, label medications, recieve incoming deliveries, schedule, check in/out, collect payments.</li><li>Opportunity to train up for IV insertion.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Ability to perform clinical tasks including vital signs and medication administration.</li><li>Excellent patient service skills&mdash;empathetic communication and the ability to handle diverse patient needs with professionalism.</li><li>Prior clinic experience in wellness and aesthetics settings is highly desirable.</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hourWork Location: In person
