We have over 150 providers in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Texas, Oregon, Utah, and Washington State., where we provide care to Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care and assisted living residents. We are currently looking for a Pulmonology Medical Director who is located in Michigan to oversee our Advanced Practice Clinicians and serve as a clinical ambassador to our Michigan facilities. This is a Part Time positionEducation and helping our clinicians grow their expertise has led to our success. If you have the passion for specialty medicine and would like to be a leader of an innovative post-acute physician group, please send us your resume.Duties and Responsibilities:Facility Visits &ndash; Physician is expected to visit each facility once per month or as neededClinical and Education<ul><li>Meet once monthly with each Advanced Practice Clinician Supervised.</li><li>Review and sign 5 notes per week for each Advanced Practice Clinician Supervised.</li><li>Lead educational presentations at skilled nursing facilities, training nursing staff on cardiac related topics.</li><li>Lead educational presentations delivered to CRV Advanced Practice Clinicians.</li><li>Develop best practice care models and adequately train supervised Advanced Practice Clinicians.</li><li>Interpret diagnostic tests performed by Advanced Practice Clinicians.</li><li>Communicate with families and professionals involved in patient care.</li></ul>Marketing<ul><li>Physician should be available for in-person and zoom meeting calls to meet with potential new facilities and describe our clinical services in detail.</li><li>Create relationships with local hospitals and hospital systems to improve continuity of care and care transitions.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $75,000.00 - $300,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Choose your own hours</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
