Your proactive attitude and commitment to excellence will help ensure smooth clinic workflows and exceptional patient experiences.Duties<ul><li>Transcribe detailed medical notes during patient visits using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) or Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.</li><li>Assist healthcare providers by preparing examination rooms, gathering supplies, and supporting procedures to facilitate efficient patient flow.</li><li>Take vital signs, record medical histories, and perform basic clinical assessments under supervision to support diagnosis and treatment plans.</li><li>Maintain organized medical records by updating charts, managing documentation of medical histories, test results, and treatment notes in compliance with privacy regulations.</li><li>Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering patient inquiries, and managing incoming calls to enhance clinic operations.</li><li>Ensure all clinical areas are clean, stocked, and ready for patient care activities while adhering to infection control protocols.</li><li>Demonstrate physiology and anatomy knowledge to accurately document complex medical information and assist with emergency room procedures when necessary.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in transcription with excellent typing speed and accuracy to capture detailed clinical notes efficiently.</li><li>Prior experience working in a medical office environment or healthcare setting is highly desirable.</li><li>Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for seamless documentation and record management.</li><li>Strong understanding of medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy to ensure precise communication of clinical information.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive medical records confidentially while maintaining compliance with privacy laws.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience in emergency room settings is a plus, demonstrating the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
